Signs Your Felt and Battens Might Need a Look
How do you know if your underlayment needs some care? Often, you won't see it from the outside. Signs to look out for include water staining on the underside of your roof deck or rafters in the loft, patches of damp, or visible sagging of the felt between rafters.
